Email Verification Process Manual
1. To verify the email, the Candidate needs to login into their account using their credentials.
2. Candidate needs to send an Email to goahead@pmgdishamail.in with the subject line as
Verify Email from their registered email address. After sending the email candidate needs to
click on the verify button highlighted in the image below and provide the OTP received on
their registered email address.
Note – OTP provided will be 6-digit numeric code received in words For example – If the OTP received is
one two three four five six then while verifying candidate needs to enter the OTP in the numeric format
as in 123456.
3. Incase wrong Email address is provided, to update the email address, candidate can visit
the Dashboard and update their Email address by clicking on the button “Update Email”
highlighted in the below image.
4. After entering the OTP, candidate needs to click on the submit button.
In case incorrect OTP is entered candidates will get the below message highlighted in the
screenshot.
5. Once the email is verified, a green tick appears at the candidate’s Email verified in the
Student Summary.
